We've been together now for over 4 years, and the dinner menu is getting old. I have never made meatloaf by myself as I used to help my mammy make it way back when I was 8, and I'm not sure she has ever had meatloaf. So I got a starter recipe from my uncle who is a baker at a major chain supermarket, and I threw in a few extra things. I am cooking dinner tonight as I have no work this week, and the Mrs. gets home at 6 so I will surprise her with a home made meal. I also tore apart her car's dashboard this morning to fix some burned out light bulbs for her heater controls and radio. I better get some nookie tonite!!! [-o<

That's some comfort food there, spi. You should get some quality cuddling in before the nookie. Good luck.

I used to make a cajun meatloaf recipe from Louisiana chef Paul Prudhomme. Most spicy and tasty. :)

MMmmmm...enough left over for a couple meatloaf sandwiches. I hope that's hot sauce and not ketchup slathered all over the top. :D
