   ah, hhhhh. Sorry, I read the rules for this section and then some of the discussion ...

You say you can't moderate food (Geno) but today i had to step in. Since both my wife and i don't feel so good and don't have much of an apetite we kept it simple and made macaroni and cheese (yes Robbie). Here we do that simply by cooking macaroni (obviously) and then making the sauce with some brand of a premade powder which you have to cook with milk. (then you season that and add trimmings) That's where it went wrong when my wife accidently took a carton of orange juice instead of milk. I had to moderate of course but i think she would have found out eventually

When it comes to food, forgiveness is a blessing.

Nothing to forgive. I've done my share of stupidities. She thought it was quite funny too. Talking about stupidities, did i tell you about that time when i labeled an entire warehouse with location numbers but forgot to check the barcodes and they turned out to be all the same ?

Well i once did. In the very beginning of my barcoding carreer. I was really into it, wanted to get the job done and decided to label al the positions myself. So like a real idealist i started printing a whole lot'a labels, following through that the number was one up every label. Only did not check the barcode itself. I only noticed when all the labels where in place when i started scanning inventory and everything ended up in the same location. I first thought of a program error, then started checking the input. Had to start al over again.

Another thing i did first day in the job was following the IT manager to the server room. I was invited to sit down on a workbench and under the workbench was the main server. I sat down and managed to get my knee exactly against the hardware reset button that was still present on those old machines. Needles to say the entire firm went down for about half an hour.

Well, it gave them time to introduce me to everyone as the guy who killed the server within 10 minutes on a new job.

I made blunders like that too (who didn't).

Years ago I was asked to make a schedule for parents night at a high school. I don't know if I translated that well, but the object was to give parents the opportunity to talk to their kids teacher(s). So they had to say which teachers they wanted to speak to and then I would make the schedule.

I forgot that students can have brothers and sisters on the same school... resulting in parents having to be on different locations in the same time, or, talk to one teacher at 6:30 for 10 minutes and to the other at 9:30 for 10 minutes...
