So they make fake Gouda in Canada and cover some of it in yellow wax, too? In my neck of the woods, all the fake Gouda still comes from the land of windmills and tulips. I'll have to keep an eye out for the Canadian stuff. Maybe Utah can find some and send it my way?

We only make real Gouda and once it has left the country it's out of our hands... they may as well mix it with cheeze wizz, cover it in red wax and call it Gouda. :shock:
