Best of the season to you all. LOTS of snow here. all the roads are closed. So a very quiet Christmas Eve and no company for dinner today either. Perhaps not so extreme wherever you may be... but in any case ... Enjoy what comes your way!!

Merry Christmas from Memphis where the power is being forced off by the TVA and Memphis Light Gas and Water for upwards of an hour at a time. Seems the old grid ain't what she used to be and with temps down to 1 degree, it seems things kinda broke. Today that blackout has been lifted, but now there is a boil your water mandate since several of the systems went down and water may no longer be safe here.

Just another typical day in the life. Ho Ho Hum! :D

Power / gas / water supply works as it should, lots of coffee and cheese in the house, my wife still loves me.
