Hello again,
all is well in Germany. 3 weeks ago I found a mysterious red button on my beloved AW and recorded some quick and dirty tracks. Nice harp and guitar tracks for Georgia on my mind. Vocals are really terrible, but my friend Erich will do it better the next days. Missed the recording sessions, but there was so much trouble the last years.
Oh, and the AW is still my live mixer for the weekly band rehearsal and gigs. Works perfect during all the years. Figured it out with some nice scenes, so we don't need any soundcheck at our gigs.
Liebe Grüße
Andreas

I was in my studio the other day....and I thought, I'll turn on my 1600 and 16G just to see them light up. No joke....I had to think for a second about how to turn them off. Man....you know what they say, use it or lose it!

Glad to hear you were doing some recording :-)

Hi Utah,

my aw 2400 is nearly in daily use since years as a mixer, and but when I started recording again I was happy to find the manual again.
For me the AW is a incredible great machine, and don't want to use a computer for making music.
Andreas

Ola,
Glad to see the forum is alive and well even if a little less active than it once was. Wanted to give a shout out to all my old friends even though I rarely check in these days. One of these days I will get my house rehab completed and start making some music again.
