So... somehow I found myself in a band with these guys from Bangladesh. We do a lot of Bengali songs, and before you ask, not - I don't speak the language. They usually give me charts written in Bengali and I listen/play along. It's... different. We started playing together in September and did our first block party on New Years Eve.

I would love to hear your thoughts on the music.

These 3 clips were from our 3rd rehearsal.

A song I played bass on that was written by our lead guitarist

Video from our New Years Eve concert for the drummers neighbors, our family and friends... It was COLD - and "some" people in the band started celebrating early, so this is all I feel comfortable sharing... Even with Dubs (hearing protection) I stand in the driveway, so I'm out of the frame..

Thanks for the links. Always good to hear/watch others are making music. Just a short step behind making music yourself.

Great stuff. Very raw and fun to listen. Nice mix of the instruments. I especially thought the drums well well presented.

Thanks!

We used a set of Roland drums on the practice tracks...

Always fun!

Roland TDK-1-EC - it adds the extra cymbal to make it a 4 cymbal kit.
