Hiya Bok. Been pretty busy with work and travels to Chicago. Natalie's son has had a rough year. He has a way to go. Thanks for asking.

I do. Why does my AW16g collect so much dust? :?

It's a timing issue.

You mean like latency? The time between when I think I should record something and the time I actually manage to turn the machine on?

Yes. That would be a latency of about 30 billion milliseconds.

Hi Robbie, whooja (who did you) watch? Where is the Dijonstock boxing thread? Sam Soliman is preparing to do the wire cheese slicer thing on aged Gouda Jermain Taylor as I type this. Oscar, are you an Australian fight fan?

Have you graded any good papers lately? I am taking Urlaub next week. I even hope to record some on my G, but only some song snippets of covers with which to get some gigs for the new band of geezers I'm associated with.

noise . . . noise . . .

Heya RZ! Glad to see your handle pop up recently (you were conspicuous by your absence). I hate it when active posters vanish because you can't ask "where did they go?".

Cheers all, Randy

I'm relieved to see that cheese is still important here.

On the personal news front............I got laid off from my job only 2 days (count 'em) after RZ and I were having a phone chat with each other and he had asked me how my job was going. LOL!

I'm 65 years old. This is a career ender for sure, but now that I'm going to have plenty of free time on my hands I just might as well familiarize myself again with that RED RECORD BUTTON on the G if I can remember where I put my guitar.

Wow. That sux. But you kinda knew it was coming. Walmart greeters are always in season. I'm sure something will fall in to place.

Heya Randy, being 65 means it's normal to go into retirement? Here in NL it is although the age is going up to 67.

Or is it, that you wanted and planned to work longer? In that case, it sux indeed. Otherwise, congrats on reaching your retirement.
