Hi again,

the "Robbies" left our home some minutes ago after we had some coffe and tea. We enjoyed the conversation and hope you left us with a feeling to be welcomed again as our friends!

@Robbie: the coffee brand was "Dallmeyer Prodomo", oh and most of the cheese we served the last days was Dutch  .

Coffee was great, talk was great, and it was very special to look through the photo-albums you showed us.

Tomorrow the hotel will kick us out at 10, we'll visit Hameln-Zentrum for a few souvenirs and we'll drive back to Oosterhout.

HSII was absolutely fantastic - THANK YOU !!!

Thanks, we'll try to find that one in the shops.

We'll leave Hameln in a few hours. We just had breakfast in the hotel, now we're gathering our stuff and packing the car. Then we drive to Hameln City for a few souvenirs. And then, around noon, we have to leave one of the most beautiful towns on the planet.

A&A, thanks again for everything. We hope to see you soon in NL.

Hi,

got an SMS now. The "Robbies" arrived at home safe =D> .
Thanks to all the amazing "Robbies" for beiing here. We are glad to met this amazing family! We really enjoyed yours and Dirk´s visit!
Now relax, enjoy your holidays at home and let the kids come back to normal life soon

BTW:
1. you bought the coffe?
2. have to say Hi from Fritzi. He was a lucky guy. The reason of his breakdown was that his car has nearly lost a wheel because it was getting loose! [-o<

What a day!

We left the hotel at 10 and drove into the city. We found a few very nice souvenirs and drove off around 11. We drove to the town called Lotte (yes!) near Osnabrück and had a coffee there and took a small walk. Then we drove another 120 kms to Deventer, a city where my parents lived from 1990 until 2000. We took a break and had lunch, and the children could play on a small playground. Then another 150 kms to home (where a huge truck pushed us off the road forcing me to hit the brakes hard to save our lives - F**K you mr. truckdriver).

We're home, in one piece, full of very nice memories... :)

Say HI to Fritzi from us!

Here's a link to the web album. 159 pictures. Jalbum seems to have a problem putting pictures in chronological order, so they aren't.

HSII album

Clicking on the right side of a picture is forward, on the left side is back.

Great pictures Rob. I think my favorite one is where you are looking down at the girls while playing a horn. Awesome!
