There's no need for you to apologize. It's perfectly understandable that working two jobs doesn't allow you much free time.

The Dec 31 deadline works out perfectly for you then. Yes?

I hate deadlines in job, but this one seems to be perfect for me.

Unbeknownst to Shack, we are committing to "Skin Tight" by the Ohio Players. We'll see if a Puerto Rican and a honky ass white boy truck paintin' punk can bring the funk. We both have afros, and Shack has the clothing. It's slightly obscure, but you'll love it if we don't suck...

Get out your shiny shirts and get ready to step in time on stage....

Bring it on, Bruthtas!

Ohio Players?

Is that the same band that recorded "Yummy Yummy Yummy I Got Love In My Tummy"? :D

Excuse me!

I totally confused Ohio Players with Ohio Express.

Sorry about that, Beer!

I saw the Ohio Express in concert in 1968, when they were riding high on the bubble-gum music wave. The concert was a triple-billing.

The Troggs opened the show, the Ohio Express played next and the headliners were The Who.

I was about 13 at the time. I knew the Troggs ( Wild Thing, Love is all Around You ) from their songs on AM radio, and they were very good live. I was really excited to see the Ohio Express because I liked the song Yummy Yummy Yummy, but even to my young ears....the band sucked live. Up Next....the Who. I knew quite a few of their tunes ( Happy Jack, I can See for Miles, Pictures of Lily ).....but I had no idea that I was about to see one of the most incredible bands in Rock and Roll History.

The Who were amazing, and I became a huge fan of the band. They were touring the LP 'The Who Sell Out' at the time.

I updated the 1st post of this thread.

Received guitarman's submission of Alone Again (Naturally) originally recorded by Gilbert O'Sullivan in 1971.

With all due respect, Beerosaur....

I already knew that.

I just didn't want to give Beer a big head.

There's a bit of humor there if you think about it.
