Tell me 'bout it... I already found a software for it :D .

I think a blog would really be the cats meow... like a diary of sorts...

Michel, I got another 30 Mb available for it. I was planning on a dayly update. Or a short update a couple of times a day. Pics included.

Thanks Ron. I had a couple of meetings today. Boring. But necessary. It went quite well. I'll be taking a nap before dinner.

Yeah, same with me... around 130MB space for it and all, but in that case I'll let you do it, OK?

130 Mb wow! 8)

So we could store the big files on yours and put the links on mine.

We'll work something out.

Err, yeah, just don't forget that I'd eventually have to install the blog software.. or, yeah, we host the Blog on your site and the pics on mine.

Whatever, I'll install the software anyway, and we'll see how it goes.

I'm leaving y'all now, and will go home for a nice evening of packing stuff  !

See some of you again next week in Dijon, and the other in two weeks time back around here.

Have fun y'all!

Couldn't we all tune in via Messenger for a Live Session at some point? That Q & Q A thing? Robbie maybe you could help Dave with a webcam setup and we could be online chatting with you guys ...

I recently tried NetMeeting here and it didn't work. I get so frustrated...angry actually...with the "security consciousness" of the French. Wanadoo even arbitrarily deletes mail attachements because they don't like them coming from AOL...and this is stuff I send to myself!!! (Rather than burn a CD when I want to transfer a file from upstairs to downstairs, I try sending it).

Is it still called Netmeeting? I thought Messenger was really OK. It works through my fairly extreme firewall settings. Anyway, it was just a thought.

Boy it sounds as though you've filled the house otherwise DC!! By the way, I was looking for Bretigny on the web but didn't see any hotel there. I saw the big Holiday Inn on the web otherwise ...

By the way, Todd Hamilton (USA) just won The 133rd Open Championship after a 4-hole play-off.

I really don't know much about Messenger, but Rob and I have used to transfer pixs and he put up his web cam, so that does work.

The hotel is the next village over...2km from here. Hotel de la Norges. It's just a little village slightly larger than ours with a family owned hotel, so I doubt they would have a site. They do however brag about having Canal+!

And, I gave up golf for mental health reasons.

Don't know what that means in French but it sounds the the Hotel of Norway (Norge = Norway) ...

Todd Hamilton (nice Scots name really ...) gave a real nice speech, such a noble winner, magnanimous in victory ... and he won in good old Troon where I had happy days out by the seaside as a child ...

I think any sport if approached properly can help you mentally in many ways. I've been made stronger, and hopefully a better person, through tennis, and to a lesser extent, golf 8)

We can use messenger for live pics. The number of members sharing the same session is very limited however. I'll try to find out if it is possible to "broadcast" to multiple receivers. And if so, to how many simultaneously.
