That is already halfway! :)

I have no clue whether or not that's true but it does sound convincing doesn't it?

Every good where-ever-stock starts with cleaning the house. Almost done. Still have to put up the bird feeding house as it's getting colder. Then i'm done and i should have some time to fiddle.

Looking out for the arrival of Mister Dijonstock himself...

Drove off at around 12:25, arrived at 14:00. First coffee and a lot of chatting. Then, into the studio. We didn't record anything but we played with Dirks newest toy (Motif) and that is amazing. Dirk also showed me the arpeggiator he made. Which is really cool and Dirk has lots of ideas for extra options. I took some dog cookies with me and the dogs really liked it. I put one cookie in one of my hands and the dog had to guess which hand this was. A dog's nose is always right. :) Then, some more coffee, I took a few pics which is only us behind the keyboard. Drove off at 6 after spending a wonderful afternoon, arrived home at 8. I took a break around 7 at "het frituurke" 8)

Thanks Dirk!

Oh and my first idea for a name for your studio was Chateau PourDirque, but I think I'm going to call it "House of Dirkness" now.

You are very welcome Robbie. Now let me thank you for the effort of driving for three hours just for chatting a bit with me. I interpret that as a very fine compliment. I'd like to chat more on some other occasion that will probbably always be too short. Then i'll do the driving.

Yes i would have liked recording some stuff but as we discussed that will follow later. I'll make some tracks on which you can do the bass. I want to make a CD with covers off various pieces of music so there will be oportunities.

Check out " forever autum" from war of the worlds. I'm sure you like it. I found the chords and the lyrics. It looks promissing.

Tell Ria I said hi and hug your kids for me.

I'm wondering what you are going to do with the rest of those dog cookies. I don't remember you having a dog so ...

There is no cheese in 'm as far as i know ??

:)

Next time you have to bring the wife and the kids. We have some great possibilties to stroll around in the woods surrounding my house. I think your kids would love to play there.

I checked very carefully...

I must say the dogs are very gentle animals. Very sweet creatures. They well deserved the cookie treatment 8)

Lots of dogs here, friends, neighbours... even my sister has a dog but I don't see her very often as she lives in a different town. So the cookies will find their way to a hungry dog.

Back to composing a testpaper... it's not as bad as grading but nevertheless... :( ....
