It occured to me that I learn a lot more when I'm forced to through my mistakes!
Until I screw something up I'm content to go on doing the things that have gotten by the
last several years... Some things (Like backing up files as wavs)are things you know about
but maybe don't want to take the time to learn & do until you're backed into a corner...
etc.etc.etc..
I guess what I'm trying to say is that if I keep screwing up I just might be a VERY smart man someday!

How right you are. But, i also learned that you should not allow circumstances to get on your nerves. If you loose your cool you start overlooking clues that would normally help you solve the problem. So when in a jam keep cool and keep thinking. It'll save your bacon.

Although it cost me some money to replace,I look at this situation as a good thing...Not only did I learn about backing up my files as wavs so that I can use them anywhere.I'm already importing some of them into Sonar 7 which I've had for well over a year and had given up on..Now all the sudden I'm making progress there too..
I also created a Ebay account and won a bid for my new "g" on my second try..Now I'm ready to start selling some of the things I've been promising myself I'd do for the last 3+ years!......Life is good..
