I am in the market for a Yamaha QS300 Workstation...

If you come across one or have one that you might not mind parting with and it's in good working condition, please let me know...

Thanks!

Hey Acoustic, Where are you located ? I know there's a couple you can pick up in Holland.

I am in Birmingham, AL - the south east of the United States.

I am trying to find one as a gift for a delightful young lady... so any help would be appreciated!

Didn't see a single one on e-bay.

You could always give a gift that keeps on giving , like a DX-7.

I love the DX-7!

But alas... it's not on the wish list...

I tried to suggest the Korg 01 as well... talk about another gift that keeps on giving...

this one is in Belgium : pick up only. will not be send. I may try to assist you here if it's not too far away. check if you're interested first. Remember that we use 240 volts overhere. if the powersupply isn't a switching one you may not be able to use it...

Thanks for the suggestions. I don't want to have to deal with international shipping OR and changes in power (120 vs 220 or whatever).

I am going to put an add in Craigslist in Nashville, Memphis, Atlanta, and Birmingham... see what happens.

Acoustic.

Birmingham is known as our sister city... although they pronounce the 2 VERY differently.

I finally found a QS300... thought I would come back just for some closure. It should arrive on Thursday, I can hardly wait!

I actually bought this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hzr-454kKVA

The previous owner was Michael Walthius, also known as the keyboard wizard.

It's been a while... I've been gigging more than recording...hopefully that will all change soon.

Happy holidays to all!
