I suspect most people go into great detail with their recordings, but most of my stuff is playtime and I don't need a complex track sheet with every parameter recorded, especially since the AW2400 allows them all to be saved as a scene. What I needed was a heading area for the title etc. with simple large spaces alongside track numbers so I could record the instrument, vocals and other odd information I might forget. Also many of my songs require 12 tracks or less, so I made up three versions which can be viewed by clicking the titles below or saved as PDFs by right clicking to download them. The titles are self explanatory.

Excellent forms. Very well thought out and very professional.

I've streamlined my sheet to the absolute minimal size. Now I use a strip that is the size of the space just below the faders. I use two small magnetics to hold it in place. Each track is lined up under the faders. Just enough room to list instrument info.

Hi Rz. Saw your fader sheet on the other thread, but it's too small for my large scraggly writing and I suspect it could easily vanish off the face of the earth when my wife gets into cleaning mode. The ones I've posted were made about four years ago when I first got the AW2400. At the time I had an A3 laser printer which was brilliant since I could print out the full sheet then fold it in half and punch it to store in a ring binder along with any other pages such as chords, words, tabs etc. The large spaces alongside the track numbers come in handy for noting, amongst other things, the settings of a Line6 Pod2 which I use for guitar effects - it has 8 knobs and 2 selector switches with 16 positions on each, plus several buttons, a very pretty display and a useless guitar tuner!
