Yep I'm really happy I got mine at such a deal. And because I don't collect things (other than guitars and weight), I was able to sell my 16G which helped offset the inexpensive price of the 2400.

for some reason I thought these machines were too complex and cumbersome to use, but having learned the basics of using the AW1600 even a 2400 I think I could get the hang of.

2400 is hardly different than 1600. A few more conveniences. The 1600 actually has a few aspects that are not included on the 2400, but all in all the 2400 is a very versatile machine.
