I don't know if this has been asked here, but I'm new to midi and I just bought a second G. I want to link them together and have one G run the controls on both Units. I've read the manual and think I have a pretty good idea of what to do, but any advice would be very much appreciated.

Welcome to the forum, tliedel, enjoy.

I ended up NOT linking them but pressing rec&play on both machines simultaneously. After putting the tracks together on one machine lining them up is a quite easy job.

Hey guys. Just thought I'd let you know. I hooked the second G. Took a little playing with it get the midi working. I figured out that the MTC has to be off on the Slave under Midi Out. I ran from the stereo out to 5 & 6 on the Master. We just spent the night playing with it and getting familiar with the setup. It works AWESOME! I'm diggin' this setup. Thanks for the help.
