I was researching information on mixing techniques since I am never happy with my recordings. One site lead to another and someone referenced the Reaper site and a thread started by yep. I am only on page 2 of 51, but have enjoyed the read. Thought I'd share. Would be curious to hear others thoughts on this.

Why do your recordings sound like ass?

Thanks Ron. Skimmed the first few pages and will come back to read at leisure. Mine don't sound like ass but I have a way to go before I give up my day job.

I wish mine would sound like ass. At least I'd have sound.

Depends on the cheese. Yours can be compared to Rocquefort, mine can't even come as far as Gouda and so I have to settle for Cheddar.
