Hi guys,
Its been a while since I was on here but been busy doing gigs. I'm back now and I'm having a problem with my AW1600. I'm trying to record digitally from the Aw1600 into my older Korg D8.
Im comming from the Aw's digital out to a co2 converter to an optical cable into the D8 optical in but not getting anything in??? I have turned off the aw1600 Di out copyright. What am I doing wrong???? #-o

I gather by no responses here that this must be a serious tech problem here ???

Probably, but a couple of people are busy and one is in the hospital. Regardless of what happens, by all means contact Yamaha. If they come up with something useful, please let us know for the less knowledgeable people here like me. Thanks!

Machine type: AW2400
On the 2400 there is a screen button to activate the stereo in outs. i meant to look for it on the 1600 before i answered you, but i forgot. There may also be an attenuation knob. there is on the 2400. i'll look when i get home in an hour or so.
