Hello eveyone!

I don't know whether I am doing this right, so please be patient with me, while I mix up my message into the wrong forum etc.

My name is Debbie, and for those of you who don't know me - which means practically everyone of you - I am Ronnie (God) Ballantyne's girlfriend. I will appreciate your messages of sympathy ....

Ronnie has hardly spoken of anything else exept Nicestock since he arrived back in Scotland and I actually feel like I was there in person! The photos look fantastic. What a time was had by all and I just love the music .........

Hi Deborah... welcome to our place.

Ronnie told me the story, so I know a little about you.

I also heard your voice on a recording, beautiful!

Enjoy your stay!!

Oh, you poor dear. Ronnie's girlfriend? There couldn' be a more fitting occupation designed by the devil himself. Indeed you have our sympathies.

Nonetheless, it's a pleasure to have you here, and even more so when we meet in September.

And, Lady, you can sing. I can't wait to have you in front of the Neumann (nice microphone). Two weeks will fly by as we've just recently learned...I would grab your man viciously by the arm and do some advanced planning as to what you'd like to do while you're here. And considering that we'll have some quality time together, and the fact that it will be off season to some extent, we'll do some sight seeing.

Welcome, Deb.

hi Debbie,
How do you cope with the multi personalities full time??
and which one is the real one?!
look forward to meeting you; you and Jamshe, David and Pat, are invited to dinner chez moi in september... and anyone else on the forum who fancies joining in
is that a table for 57 then? Help! Sharon!!
Jilly

(FYI: as far as i can tell everyone here talks a lot about a yamaha thimybob, which is some kind of black box, that makes noises and its not a motorbike, i hope that helps)

Thanks to everyone who replied to me.

I am chuffed to bits, not only for the lovely messages of welcome to the Forum, but that I managed to get my message onto it, in the first place!!

David, I cannot wait to meet you and your lovely family in September - I'd better get practising my French - oh la la. I just hope you know what you're letting yourself in for when I arrive ......... Thanks for your kind compliment re my singing. I am very excited about the possiblity of doing some vocal work with you and your talented son, and of course, Ron - better not forget him!

Jilly, I don't know how many personalities there are to my man, but every days seems like I have met a new boyfriend! I can hardly keep up - never a dull moment. Looking forward to meeting you in person as I have heard a lot about what a multi-talented lady you are.

Robbie, thanks very much for the smashing photo you sent me of your beautiful daughter and Ron - they look really relaxed together. Mind you, Ron does seem to connect with children better than I do - perhaps there its' because he is one himself?!

Sharon, it was good to have a right geid blether with you last night on the phone - I miss you and I am dammed jealous that I never got to taste your wonder lasagne. Will I ever get to tast it I wonder, with it being made with FILET steak no less. Real class.

JM & MicEater thanks very much for your welcome to the Forum - I am soooooooo chuffed you guys replied to me. I did think no one would. How wrong can one person be? Quite a lot actually if I am honest .....

The Dochter, well what can I say??????? What is known, needs not to be discussed. Actually, I don't have anything to say to you, so there you go. Only joking. Thanks for last night man, it was fab.

Tudan, hope you're still trusting your cape and thanks for your kind words. Ron probably showed you someone elses' photograph mind.

And to anyone else who has replied and I haven't mentioned them - thanks.

#1 rule for being a 'man' ;-).

...never loose that childish bit buried deep inside.

...erm, I'm digressing.

Anyway, good to have you, and no need to thank for the welcome - this is slightly more than your regular forum to most of the members 8) .

Robert, when you're typing a post, at the bottom of the screen there's an option "Disable BBCode in this post" which is marked, when you unmark it the quote function will work.

Edited it for you.

hi triple xxx :wav:
I'm up horribly early, for a sunday, as i have no shutters or curtains and the sun is doing what it does best down here at this time of year, ie shining relentlessly like a b*****d, sorry, a very hot planet, dehydrating old ladies, burning grey scottish complexions and frying eggs on the pavement.

I just heard your song!! fantastic! you have an amazing voice, why were you not at nicestock???
go to your 'pm' private messages, as I sent you one!
jilly x
ps. did i mention that it's sunny?
