Well, seems I'm the first one who had to go home. Quite sad, 'cause I sure could have lived with some more of that stuff  .

Thanks for having us, David and Patricia! You've done a great job... again 8) !
Thanks for eating all the fondue I brought (3kgs of cheese plus 3kgs of bread)!
Thanks for letting us enjoy the nice (haha), weather!

Above all, thanks to everybody for the good spirits, laughter, jokes and funny dialects (eh, Anndra  )!

This will be a memory worth keeping :) !

Looking forward to seeing more pics flowing in!

Michel

Well, I'll second that -

Having just flown back into a dismal heathrow and peeing it down rain -

The whole thing seems like a dream already -

David - thanks dude - an amazing experience - also thanks to your beautiful wife and your kids who all put serious effort into the most amazing hospitality I have ever encountered.....

What a bloody amazing bunch of
1) People
2) Musicians that you managed to pull together -
I'll tell you what - there aint many people that could have organised that...

I aint gonna forget this and all the ecouragement and effort you made with everyone....

I will always remember to squeeze the cork dude :D

Damn - I didnt have time to take any photos........

Have to wait for the the scottish diplomatic team to get 'em up on line :)

Cheers

And thanks again

Sleep

Third one back to reality with a bump here (literally as it goes, the pilot on the Frankfurt - Heathrow leg touched down hard).

I can only echo what has been said above, Thanks thanks thanks to you David, Patricia, Cici, and Nathan for everything you have done. This was a very special experience for me and, though I'm back in reality now, I'll always have a little bit of NiceStock in my heart.

So many good memories, floating around my head on the flight:

The stunning scenery, meeting old friends, meeting new friends, talking philosophy by the pool, lost baggage, eggy bread, coffee like you've never tasted, venus rising, sun rising, drunken insomniac bell ringers, the Scots accents (allez l'Ecosse!), James Bond, Cap'n Jack Sparrow, and little Tommy Cruise, un packet du Marlboro light du cent si vous plait, azerty keyboards, figs fresh from the tree, uppity frogs (in several senses, eh Mme Beyatch?), cicadas, jamming on the terrace, jamming in the live room, posing by the wall, kissing by the pool.

Jusque bientôt à mes amis.

In the flying business , we call that an "Arrival". (everybody on the airport knows you landed)

it's over
back to another reality

don't have the words to adequately say thanks to you DC, Pat, Nathan, and Cici. And to all the great musicians and new friends i met.

i'm trying not to be sad its over and smile because it happened, but ...

Have to say I'm liking that idea of a musical commune more and more.

Respect to all
jilly
