That SG grabs my attention..........Sure looks like a P-90 floating around the bridge. Is that your mod or a special model I'm not familier with ?

Extreme cool !

SG Special...

I bought it used with the mods back in college...I believe the guitar itself is circa 71-72 based upon serial #. The tuners are not original, their are couple of pots that have funky knobs, the original whammy bar plate was removed so there are holes, and there is a slight crack right below the headstock on the neck...certainly classic, but in poor condition. Payed $125 back in '77 and it is what I learned on...its a shame I didn't know any better...not sure if its worth a facelift or not, but I always did play with the P-90 pickup more often than not...great tone, from Santana to Townsend...and with small hands, the slim tapered neck was sweet.

my wife doesn't like the minimal amount of gear I have now, if she saw that much stuff I'd have to set up a cot down there too... :?
