Just wanted to say that I am up and running with the new Mac and protools MP9. I have set aside a small corner of my studio as a midi suite as a lot of my tracks are from synth/keyboard/ virtual instruments so I can now do it in midi on the Mac instead of audio. Also easier for editing audio tracks from the 2400 and for a final mastering polish.

Nice, Guitarman. Looks like the perfect setup for creativity - writing new stuff. Hope to hear some of the results.
