Thank you so much for the response, it was a great help.

I do have another question that hopefully someone can help me with. I've recorded on the AW1600 and have used several tracks. I'd like to export those into Nuendo, is there a possibility of doing that easily without changing the integrity of the tracks? I'd like to be able to just bring them into Nuendo as they are on the recorder, as seperate tracks. Any hints you can provide me would be greatly appreciated.

Tony,

See page 136 of the manual re exporting tracks for use on a PC.

Basically, for each song:
a) Go to the EDIT-EXPORT screen
b) Set "Tr" field to "1-16"
c) Set Start Time to 0 and End Time to end of song
d) Cursor to EXEC box and press the ENTER key
e) You'll get a subfolder in the Transport folder with WAV files of the current virtual track of all tracks with audio. They will all line up at zero time in a PC audio editing programs (even if recording didn't start at zero time).
f) Connect 1600 to PC via USB and look in the Transport folder for the tracks (in a subfolder with the song name). Drag them over to where you want them on your hard drive.

Edit on,
