How can I master reset the unit? I tried holding down the utility button while turning on the power, now I get,"Error: HDD Not Ready"
PLEASE HELP

Hi Rakh and welcome to the forum.

First thing I would do in a situation like that is unplug the machine from power and let it be for some time, an hour or so. Then, reconnect and retry. If it works, format the HD. Your machine will be ready to go. If it doesn't work, I'd ask on this forum what to do... which you have done. Others will come along for additional ideas.
