I don't know if anyone has already posted this link here, well, I just found it by mistake. Here's the latest USB-MIDI driver for 64-bit Windows 7 / Vista (+ others):
http://www.yamahasynth.com/downloads/drivers_software/midi_controllers/kx/driver/
I don't have 1600, so I couldn't test it.

I used this link and just downloaded the brand new Windows 7 64-bit USB midi driver for my AW1600

http://www.yamahasynth.com/downloads/drivers_software/synthesizers/motif_xs/driver/

and it works fine
