I'm still not quite at home with the new phpBB set-up. I used to be able to 'mark all posts as read' for a given forum, or for the whole board. Anyone know how this is done now?

On the upper right corner of every forum list there's a link "Mark forums read" and on the top of every topics list there's a link "Mark topics read".
