hello all,
i thought i remember reading about a quick way to check the availiable space, left for recording, on the internal HD .... but alas, the thought escaped my memory .... :-k

does anyone have that info to share ?

Hi Mark,

Not directly, but you can switch the time display to "remaining time". The AW16G specifies the remaining recording time taking into account the 6.4 GB song limit, and the number of armed tracks. If memory serves correctly, you can change this in the setup menu of the song in the song list.

I recently checked mine by adding up the Megabytes shown for each song. I was only using 6.4 of the 20 Gig installed. After the recording of the orchestra it is up to 12.8. Still some room but i have learned not to fill disks to full capacity. After the backing up of the orchestra i will format ...
