I'm trying to record from the digital output on my soundcard to the digital in on the G. I've successfully done this many times before, however I'm now getting the 'Wrong Word Clock' error message even though digital in and digital rec are enabled in utility. I have no idea as to why this should be happening. Could anyone please suggest possible solutions? Any advice would be appreciated.

Not to worry. there is a simple explanation. I'm just not sure what it is right now, as i am not near my machine. Some one will be along to set you straight, if not I will look later. but it will be a matter of a simple toggle of a switch.

Hi Kidderman,
did U check sampling frequency of audio you are sending from soundcard? It should be 44,1KHz.
