The webmistress is the lovely and talented Miss Tina, I size images, rip mp3's, and basically do the rest of her menial work and consult on composition.

Not there yet, but we got it identifiable. I'm waiting on some raw material from friends for the rest of the site.

Love the logo!
Looks like me after a night of trying to get "that sound" (which always eludes me)!

Great stuff!

Love the logo!

If I can keep my magazine subscription snafu underwraps or dodge the wifes bullets I will still try to make it for a few days and a few beers.

Well the kids will still be in school and her idea of roughing it in the exreme would be a Holiday Inn.

We are definitely one of those opposite attraction stories.

I do love her but I don't think it would be any fun for either of us with her there unfortunately.

Thanks for the hospitality.

We did get some flex med checks in the mail to cover me.

Right now we are trying trying out to figure out a vacation cruise timing this year.

Going on six years of marriage without a proper vacation due to financial hardships but we are going on a cruise this year come hell or high water.

I think I had most of the TexasStock Photo's archived that were posted. Since that time I have had at least three bad hard drive crashes involving back up drive failures on some level as well. (Note to self .... time to get set up with Carbonite service).

I know I still have a folder of pics from TexasStock but it may not inlcude all previously posted pics. If they are no longer accessible online through this site I can try to muster up a refreshed link to a host site from what I do have. Let me know if there is a need and which thread to post it on or if you prefer I can forward the pics via an e-mail to Robbie.

Scott (honored and humbled to have participated and been blessed at TexasStock I)

In honor of Geno, go for it!

In honor of Geno (Mr Sky God) and 61 (Don Newby)...gone far too soon but never to be forgotten.

Uploaded all the pics under my Texas Stock folder to a set on flicker http://www.flickr.com/photos/texasstock ... 643214506/.

The majority of these pics were taken by Don's charming and dedicated girlfriend Tina whom of course was also a pleasure to meet and get to know. I think Sharon (also a pleasure, a true Texas sweet heart and full of southern hospitality and hard work) may have taken some. I'm not sure if the few pics I managed to shoot were in the pics posted so far but I believe these are all ones I downloaded and saved from the original posts.

If were not there but read through the threads you can tell Geno and Don really did all the work;
Don brought out the PA, mics, cables etc for most of the set up (not sure if the drums were Geno's or Don's)
Geno graciously and generously hosted, cleared out and set up the work shop which was adorned with 100's of old license plates (Texas sound diffusers  )
Sharon and Tina kept us from starving with Don supervising an award winning chili recipe dinner and Geno flipped some beef on grill one night.

Hopefully this works. For those who don't know I just can't get computers to cooperate with me without a great deal of turmoil which begin with kind words and typically end with the PC getting a last second reprive from a sledge hammer (only because I can't afford to replace it).

With multiple HD recoveries, messy recoveries and a lack of organizational skills to filter through the mess I have LOTS of duplicates with different names etc so you may see some double posts in the set.

I had previously attempted to upload some pics to renew the sharing your world thread but forgot
- how to hot link hosting sites,
- the names of the sites I have used and
- my user name password combo's when I found some of the sites.

Not sure if the will take you straight to the Texas Stock Set or my whole photo stream first but they are there for your viewing.

To Geno and Don,
I was blessed to know you and share in your musical journey,
Wish I had 1/2 the talent you so graciously shared,
Look forward to a celestial jam on the other side my friends.

The link on previous post should take you to a "Set" on a Flicker page with all the pics. Unfortunately I couldn't find the way or right site to have the pic thumbnails open within the thread but they are up for viewing.
