As you all probably know, we recently had an issue between some longstanding forum members. This exchange has led us to believe that some basic ground rules for forum behavior should be explicitly stated. Thus, we have posted an announcement in the Newbies section with these guidelines. We have locked that thread to keep things clean and simple. However, in the spirit of this forum we invite input and discussion on the topic, and that is the purpose of this thread. Should a consensus emerge here that the posted guidelines should be revised in some way, they will be revised. Please take a look at that announcment and give us your thoughts.

Signed,
Your moderating team

I may be opposed as to my opinion, but, I do support the long overdue position being taken here by the admin and moderators. It should also go without saying that life is far too short for anyone of us to succumb to petty differences, and our time is best spent nurturing friendships found and friendships yet to be discovered.

I would like to voice my support for the recomended guidelines.

While I read 60's explanation and it makes sense now that he rephrased it I was reminded of a line in a song I heard on DR Dimento by Rap Master Ron and the Furious Five (Ron as in Ronald Reagan and still my favorite president).

" The policies of this administration are in direct cohesion with that wich has been fascilitated...or in other words...Yes"

That sounds like a John Madden quote on Monday Night Football: "I disagree with what I thought."

Stu,

Why is everyone calling you Stu? I know it's your real name, but it sucks! Your name is Dave! And that's all I'm ever gonna call you!

Stu is a soup left on the burner longer than it should have been. In other words.......thick! :D

I protest unless I hear bagpipes being played by (cough) Stu. And all this time I thought he was either French or Irish. Close enough!
