I have now listened through all 3 cd's. First off thanks Randy for putting together this project. Everything from the artwork on the front cover to the nice packaging is first rate. You spent a lot of your time and money and it is appreciated.

Other than the first two songs on the second cd, I was totally awed by the musical talent that resides here on this forum. You guys are for real. Granted your music could have been performed on any other recorder, but the one major bond to it all for the most part, is using the Yamaha DAW. That's why we're here, and that's how we capture our musical endeavors.

Now that I've completed round one of this Comp CD, I can't wait to dig in for a second go round. Yesterday while driving through the city, we put in the third disk. It was the perfect driving companion and made the trip delightful. The world becomes so small when you think about the fact that here I was in my town listening to people from all around the globe. It's short of fantastic.

I'll not pick a favorite as all of your work is my favorite. You each bring to the table something fresh and unique. And together it is makes up what we like to call the Comp CD 2008. Bravo my friends, bravo!

ron

You nailed it!
That it is a product from people all over the world with the same hobbie and most of them dont know each other in real life is for me the big thing that makes this CDs so unpayable. ...

Cant await to see the postman

Bok I thought you would have received yours by now.
I am really enjoying the CD's. I took them out in the car this weekend. Then I took them to work and played them all day. Fantastic. I feel a review coming on.
Anyone else just get theirs?
I am honored and humbled to be amongst you guys. Thank you for the opportunity. Freakin' great. 8)

I too have only previewed mine in the car. Not having a really very good car stereo , everything sounded extremely good. I have my personal favorites , but all the submissions were extremely well performed and recorded. This has got to br the best of all the comp CDs done so far and I have them all! I also like the idea of grouping the submissions by artist.

Thanks again Randy. Well done everyone! =D>

I meant to say, "next month". :D

#-o I hope the overseas mailings aren't being held up or stolen by Customs agents.

Received mine today (13th), I live in the UK so for the others in Europe theirs cant be far off now, 6 days from the States to here is pretty good going.

Well done guys, I'm looking forward to it.

Going to have a quick skim through it tonight then Friday night crack open a bottle of voddie and go for it, maybe get a drunken sprawl of a review in as well :P

Many thanks Randy, you've done a great job, thanks for taking the time to do this and thanks again for inviting me along.

Mucho Randio =D>

Good news. Seems that I can hope to get mine before the weekend! We have a party with more than 20 musicians at my home next weekend so there will be a good chance to let them listen to all this tunes. Maybe they dont mind about the cheap beer when they hear good music
