Pleny of do it yourself info on the net. I do all my setups myself now. All you really need is a long straightedge , a good electronic tuner , a steel scale and a little patience. It's not really rocket science. I do have my truss rods adjusted by a pro though. If they get screwed up , it's on them.

Am impressed you can do it yourself,i wouldn't touch my guitar,i can play it,but technical stuff just scares me,and yes,am lucky to have a good tech near.Why don't you look up guitar makers in your area,and ask them.They are the guys who know what they're doing.I have had loads of guys do my axe over the years,oh 'er matron....... but very few really know what they are doing.
