Happy New Year. we did have a very happy one, playing a gig at the Mayor's Levee, held at the local Legion Hall on New Year's Day.

Wishing you all - health and prosperity.

Belated Happy New Year to everyone. Here's hoping that 2016 brings you more of what you want and less of what you don't. :D

Hi Byron. Yes - all good over here thanks. Haven't done much music for a while as my wife and I have been moving house which has all been a bit stressful. But the good news is that we now have an outbuilding/workshop in the garden that I am going to concert into MY STUDIO!

We will expect some pictures ??? of the shed's transformation into studio space -- before and after ??

Moving is a drag, but a fresh start rejuvenates.

As much as moving is a drag, we are considering putting our home on the market. Oh I know the boxing of stuff, hiring a moving company, but worse yet having people tramp through your home, is a real pain. That's why we've been dragging our feet.

Byron - yes - I will definitely try and post some pictures of the project as it develops. I have to confess I am super excited about it!! I think the space is going to be great and I cant quite believe I own it! The building is about 19' x 15' and already has power out there. It is going to need proper insulation/soundproofing and heating installed. There is also a massive amount of storage space up in the loft/roof which is boarded out. I have to confess that I am not particularly handy at DIY, but I am going to try and do some of the work myself but I will be paying a handyman/builder friend to do the complicated stuff. I can't wait to get started on the project.

RZ - yeah - I can understand why you have been dragging your feet. the whole moving thing is stressful. We put our old house up for sale in January 2015 and had over 25 different people come and view it - that bit was a real drag - always having to try and keep it tidy etc. Someone then made us an offer at the start of July and we moved out at the start of October. It was quite stressful as we sold it before we had actually confirmed the deal to buy the new house, so for a few weeks we were homeless and staying with family with all our stuff in storage!! I hope the process goes well for you. Best of luck.
