If nothing else, I deserve a cheese cake served up by Robbie. :bat:

Before you know it, you'll have to change your username to 70's guy. :-"

I'd gladly come over and serve you cheese cake. However there's not a single Boeing that has my properties within its specifications (size, mass and above all: behaviour) so it's probably not going to happen.

So, we can do it the other way around. Hop on a plane to Tulip Land. I'll have the guest room ready.

Albeit a bit late....happy 61st birthday.

I have a CD that I put together of some of my favorite tunes from all of the 3 compilation CD's.

From the 2004 Comp CD - "Piccadilly" has long been in the rotation for.....well, 11 years. Still love that song.

You were only 50 years then. Oh my!

Piccadilly

Happy (belated) birthday 60s Guy. I'm lagging a little behind you (just turned 60 in May) but I'll catch you up in six years or so.

Robbie, as I understand it, there are two main aeroplane manufacturers - Boeing and Airbus. Apparently, with Boeing planes, the computer can always be overridden by the pilot. On Airbus planes, it's the other way around.

Think I'll stick to Boeings from now on...

Thanks for the birthday wishes!

The version of Piccadilly on the 2004 comp, used a drum loop....and I still like that version. But, after the release of the 2004 comp, I created a newer version where I played the drums using my Roland Electronic drum kit. I'm not sure that it's better, but it is a bit different.

If anyone wants to have a listen here it is.

It may or may not be bragging, but it's the truth!

Hmmm, not sure why it didn't work. I've uploaded it to the Dijonstock file exchange, which should work for sure if you want to check it out.

well, I've always been flattered by the fact that you enjoy listening to Horizons.

Took a buddy's kid to soccer practice today as a favor, and got talking to some of the dad's and we got talking about music. One of them started to tell me about how easy it is to home record music, and share it on the internet....etc.

I thought, 'should I tell him I'm big in the Netherlands?'......lol.

I didn't know him, so I just agreed and said.....Yea, I've heard that too :-)
