Let's call the daughters age a. The mom is a + 21.

In 6 years, the mother will be 5 times as old as the daughter. The daughter being a + 6 and the mom being a + 27:

5 x (a + 6) = a + 27
5a + 30 = a + 27
4a = -3

a = -0,75

So, it is nine months before the birth of the daughter, being the moment of conception, so, yes Ron. Well done!

If it was an obvious error, it probably would have been one of the choices.

The results of the test were quite consistent with those of the normal tests. It was a bit too hard, so I've learned there should be a few more simple questions. We'll probably do it this way more often.
