Well my down cursor button takes more force to press than the other buttons, was
Wondering if anyone has experienced this and will it eventually stop working?

Have you tried pushing a bit of compressed air in there? Perhaps theer is a bit of dust???

I've had that for years but I must say it's not that bad that I feel I really have to apply "force"... but it IS a bit sticky. As long as you don't push harder than you need I don't think it's going to be a problem unless it is caused by suger containing drinks spilled over the keyboard surface - that's way stickier.
