:) Hello to everybody on the forum.
I am looking into changing from PC to imac. I own the Sonar 8 PE + upgrade for windows. and am a little shy to spend all the money again to buy Sonar 8 PE for Mac. Do you know of a way to install the windows version on a Mac? What would I need? I read about running "Virtual windows"?? then install into that partition on the Mac?
Did anybody try to do that? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Leo

not a computer whiz, so I could be way off base, but it seems to me there is a program called "boot camp" that does that sort of thing...

as stupid as I am I have to ask this final question...........do you think it is worth it at all switching to a Mac? I do not want any replies that would start a discussion on which operating system is better. The reason I am askimng is that I am also working with Adobe photoshop etc. However, MUSIC is what I like. It is so much easier to explain feelings in keys than it is in words. So, please help me out with how I should go from here.....

I think that the recording program called Logic is optimized for Mac and that would be your best bet if you make the switch...
