I edit a .wav. I use the lameMP3 encoder to export as mp3. When I play the mp3 it sounds wobbley, and noise is added. I have audacity on 3 machines and got the same result from all of 'em. However, if I export the edited .wav, and rip it into windows media player as mp3 it sounds perfect. Could I have overlooked something?.....I admit I have not used it very much....mainly to create ringtones for my phone. Something tells me the lameMP3 encoder is in fact LAME!!! :dontknow:
