Hey folks,
So I'm trying to save some recorded material and I believe I'm following the manual correctly. I've encountered 2 problems.
One is that when I have recorded it onto cd-rw and then went to upload it says use new media(or something similar)
I get that same message when I'm trying to rrecord onto cd-rw, also happens when I'm exporting. alot of this is new stuff fom me so I'm sure I'm messing up somewhere. My biggest concern is I've saved onto cd-rw and can't get it back into the G.
Any thoughts?

About your question. I have heard that some people have problems with some brands of rewritables. I have been using Sony and TDK 700MB 80 min disk and had no problem so far. I always erase the cd in th G before writing on it.

I never use rewritables. I did in the early days but I ran into problems often.

CDR media are cheap nowadays (around 20 dollarcents a piece for a good brand), so I use CD-R's. Usually TDK's (less than 1% erratic).

I never backup multiple projects over multiple discs. I do put more projects on one disc, and if a project is too big for one disc I obviously put one project on more discs. And I always check if I can read the CD on a PC before actually erasing the project from the machine.
