If I make adjustments to mix after scene has been loaded or recalled can that scene then be saved with the SAME name (i.e. SCENE 01).

Second question: When placing scenes in the "tempo map" it is always a two-digit number (i.e. "01"; "02"). MUST the scene be names with the same "convention" - using the word "scene" , then a space, then two digit number? Please clarify these point if you could!

Thanks for the help!

Name the scene anything you like that helps you set up the tempo map

So saving the scene with the same name EFFECTIVELY over writes the previous version?

If I named a scene "XX" HOW would that be recalled in the tempo map?

No, by giving a scene the same name you will not overwrite the old one.

Scenes are saved in "slots". Each slot has a unique number. You can give all scenes the same name if you like. That will not influence its effect. However I can't imagine why you'd want to give two scenes the same name. You could always call them "solo1" and "solo2" or something like that.

Besides, if I remember well, putting scenes in the tempo map is done by using the slot numbers and not the names. I could be wrong though, I vaguely remember that.

Thats right Rob. naming a scene is for convience only. I simply name my scenes the same as the slot number unless I use the same scene more than once. Then I name them for example Verse........Chorus......Turnaround etc.

Thanks! I got what I needed and it solves the problem I was having! The main point that I NEEDED to know was about the reference to SLOTS being names in the tempo map and not the alpha name.
