Some of it I dont yet understand but I think I get the basics. Im going to try it out.

And can someone lead me to the right page in the manual to insert these delays..Ive done it while copying tracks but I dont understand how to do it to a track all by itself.

Start at Chapter !2, treck editing.......lessssss see page 123. Get the basics then ease over to the deleting and inserting. Be sure not to confuse the delete and erase command parameter. Very similar.
