Message sent quickly after first message was not allowed. A banner at top indicated that you "can't send a message so quickly after last". Same kind of banner advising that you had not filled in the topic on a newly created thread.

If you try to resend this message it continues to show the banner, but eventually the message gets sent when the 60 second threshold is passed.

Hope this helps.

This what we need. The spammers copy and paste the same message over and over as quickly as they can. Now, when they have to wait 1 minute to make a post, they'll leave and go elsewhere. Let's see if it works.

I just removed about a dozen spammers, some of which had well over 100 posts.

At least now we know what we're talking about...
