LMAO!

For some reason......I think you're right, Geno.

Actually.....there's a slot machine at sirN's casino which shows 3 G's. You hit it.......you win a free G. Go figure it. The Indian casino owners and Yammie in cahoots with each other!

Just one of the things they don't advertise at uninspire.com.

Honestly Dave, I have no idea why you would even walk into those casinos. As racist as it sounds, they are the tightest there are.

Naw, no more indian casino for me. If I can't make it to a real nevada casino, then I ain't goin'. THis place that they opened here near Roseville, has pretty decent video poker but horrid payouts on keno.

The tables are decent. Tre stud is a fun game, although tough to win. It's sorta like video poker played on a table. You get payed depending on 1) whether the dealer makes a hand & 2) the hand you make. Can be fun if you're holding a set.

Blackjack is always one of the best bets, as long as you have an idea how to properly play or at least a cheat sheet handy. God forbid you have the ability to count cards. Problem is multiple decks. Makes the counting much tougher. No crap tables at all. Of course, that's because Craps offers the best odd in the house. They obviously want your money real bad.

Dave's Tip- remember when playing video poker, always look for the 9/6 jacks or better game, and ALWAYS play the maximum ber (5 coins). If you can't afford $5 per bet, then play quarters, but stick with the max bet. Stear clear of the 'fun' style games like Bonus poker, dueces wild, joker poker, the house edge is higher.

Ok, and finally- DON'T GAMBLE.

Actually I go to Vegas twice a year. Once for the National Finals Rodeo and some other trip (I don't ask as it's none of my business) in the summer with the CEO, CFO and a couple of groupies. They turn us loose once we land for a few days and usually we are free till the scheduled day of departure. .

The co-captain hates Vegas and spends his time in strip bars. I take a couple of hunderd bucks and play Blakjack with my "system" in the hotel casino. My sessions are marathon .......usually 8 to 16 hours playing straight. (or less if i run outa bucks). heck free drinks , food , great coffee served by beautiful woman is enough to keep me entertained till I gotta rest 8 hours to come home. The odds on slots are way too good for the house. Blackjack or Texas Hold'em Poker are much better. Well played blackjack only offers the house about .2% edge I'm told. much better odds than the slots.

You gotta stay sober and watch the cards.

I love to gamble in Vegas. Even losing a little is pretty cheap entertainment for the eye candy and fun.

Indian casinos ain't too tight in Canada, Dave - certainly not if you're playing a gig there, at least from what I've seen. Let me 'splain...

A couple of years back I rode keys on a Canadian east coast tour, and we were booked into an Indian casino along the way in Tobique New Brunswick. Our booking house provided a sound crew, light crew, accomodations and food expenses but not some of the other more esoteric "necessities" (and "niceties") of the road. Now, I won't give all the details of everything the Tobique staff provided us with, but let's just say that we were catered to far and above any other venue on the tour (10 shows and 11 days) in a safe environment where anything goes.

The thing that stands out for me most though was when I told the big honkin' Indian biker floor manager guy that my daughter would love his shirt - a tent-sized black thing with flames all over it. He undid the buttons and said "Take it, it's yours." I said that I couldn't do that and he said "Take the fuckin' shirt!" I thanked him as he gave me the shirt off his back.

How often does that happen?
