I have a AW16G, and i have a lead solo on 1 track... i made a copy for track two, and this one i want too slow down,, so when they play back it sound like twin lead guitar.

I suspect you don't really want to slow it down, but you want to shift it in time. Using the edit button, go to the insert menu. On the second track, insert like 10 milliseconds at the very beginning (0:00:00.000). Pan the first track hard left and the other hard right. You may want to play a bit with the number of milliseconds. If it's too much, press undo and insert a smaller time.

Thanks very much Robbie for the help, yes thats what i want too do, so i will try that today, one thing about the manual, i dont find the edit page very helpful.

well i am not getting to far with it,, i guess i dont understand what its doing...when i tried it, it took the track off, did not hear anything..
maybe explain what i should be putting on each line the track line and size line.

No problem. Assuming you have the original on track 1 and a copy on track 2.

Press the edit button repeatedly until you get to the insert menu.
Using the arrow keys, select the track number (TR).
Using the jog dial, select the correct track (2).
If you're using different VT's (probably not):
Using the arrow keys, select the virtual track (µ).
Using the jog dial, select the correct virtual track (1).
If start time (the upper time indication) is not equal to 0:00:00.000
Using the arrow keys, select the start time (the time where should be inserted)
Using the jog dial, put it on 0:00:00.000 (part by part)
Using the arrow keys, select the time size. Be sure to select the rightmost part, which indicates milliseconds.
Using the jog dial, put it on 10 ms
Using the arrow keys, select the EXEC button
Press the enter button to activate.
Press the track 1 selection button.
Turn the pan knob counter clockwise until the screen says "balance L16"
Press the track 2 selection button.
Turn the pan knob clockwise until the screen says "balance R16"

If you're not happy with the result:
Press the undo button
Retry with a different number of ms
Listen.

Repeat that until you're happy with the result. Save the song!

If this mehtod does not make you happy at all, try something else
